What is STL Lotto?
STL, or Small Town Lottery, is a popular lottery game in the Philippines. It was introduced by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as a localized and community-based lottery game. STL was launched to provide additional revenue for local government units (LGUs) and to help fund various charitable programs and services. How to Play
